Having started in NOV 19th 2007 we are happy to have our DATABASE online, meanwhile having more then 150.000 images available. Shortly before Christmas 2008 FANPORT has undergone some changes, mainly concentrating on its usability. We are proud to offer you now a nearly full-screen flash-film preview of the pictures you choose, even if wou do not intend to register or log in.
The main idea of a FANPORT is to offer a fast search - engine for images in combination with download functions for our CLIENTS and even our VISITORS, who are mainly interested in music and show photography.
Our CLIENTS will experience that we are able to supply them on basis of an easy-to-use webbase fast with print-quality pictures; being able to make their pictures only visible to them.
On the other side we want to attract you as a MUSIC-ENTHUSIAST, who is looking for material on his favorite band or act.
If you register you will be able to download a single picture once in 24 hours for free, provided you do accept our table of rules that allows you to print the image you have chosen for yourself and to show it on a non-commercial website in lower resolution.
You are not allowed to send the image to third parties , t.ex. to include it in e-mails to your friends - but we are happy if your friends register on FANPORT too.
Please understand that taking care of such a volume of work means that we can not upload every picture that we have photographed digitally from 1998 onwards. Most of the older material needs repro- cessing.
But we are open to your wishes and we want you to send us your questions to malzkornATfanport.de (please substitute AT by „@“).
You will find, that a download of a number of images is not possible as we would like artists to consent to this project.
Accordingly we do ask artists to understand that we are intending to supply their images for a free-of-charge fan-download. Please get in touch with us if you do have any questions arising from this – we would be happy if you think that this provides an opportunity to get closer to your fans.
